Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within booking confirmation and service confirmed by way of e-mail. |

CANCELLATIONS: Please note that QSi commits to its presenters 1 month prior to the event. By completing this registration form, the client hereby agrees that QSi will not be able to mitigate its losses for any less than the total contract value. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time. If for any reason QSi decide to amend this workshop, we are not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. In the event that QSi cancel the event, QSi reserve the right to transfer this booking to another workshop to be held in the following twelve months, or to provide a credit of an equivalent amount to another workshop within the same sector within the following twelve months. Course fee's are due prior to commencement of course. Discount are based on payment being made within 7 days on invoice. Late payment will be subject to 3% interest per month.

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the QSI HOLDINGS bank account, the details of which will be provided on request

Credit card transactions will be acquired for QSI HOLDINGS via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Responsibility
QSI HOLDINGS takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods Indemnity: Should for any reason beyond the control of QSI, the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled due to any act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action, QSI shall endeavour to reschedule but the client indemnifies and holds QSI harmless from any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees which are incurred by the client. The construction, validity and performance of this agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of South Africa to the exclusive jurisdiction of whose courts the parties hereby agree to submit to.
